This portfolio shows my development and growth throughout the EDUC 400 semester at Simon Fraser University’s Professional Development Program. The portfolio is separated by eight outcomes in which I discuss my challenges and emerging understandings regarding each outcome, as well as providing evidence through photos, videos, and other potential “artifacts”. I chose to create my portfolio on my personal website as I felt I could have more creative freedom, and I can show this to anyone who wishes to see my progress throughout my professional development as an educator. It is also a wonderful way for myself to keep this work as an artifact in itself and further reflect in the future.
